Your order will be quickly processed, and safely delivered, fully insured against loss or damage. We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days, except during peak holiday season (last 2 weeks of November-1st 2 weeks of December). Please allow extra delivery time during peak holiday season, from the time you place your order. Freight rates on your Freight Rate Chart below are estimated. Your actual freight costs may be higher or lower than your estimate because of the weight of your shipment, dimensional size of the items you ordered, or your location (such as Residential Delivery). We will bill you for exact UPS charges, plus a small handling fee of $1.00 per carton.

Estimated Freight Chart. Your Freight rates below are estimated. Many factors go into determining your shipping costs including:
Weight of your merchandise, size of your package, the need for multiple packages, delivery addresses that UPS classifies as "Residential", and the current price of gasoline. UPS charges a Fuel Surcharge that varies based on current fuel costs. Heavier items will have higher shipping costs, such as cast iron, stone, or wood. Incense items will be lighter, with lower freight costs.
Your freight rates below are estimated. We charge exact freight. Your actual freight costs may be higher or lower than quoted. UPS charges a lower percentage cost per pound on heavier packages than on lighter ones. It costs them the same amount in labor costs to deliver you a small package, as it does a larger package. Your freight costs may be higher on smaller shipments.

wholesale orders if your business is located in:
Canada
We do not ship to any other countries or regions at this time.
We will be happy to refer you to one of our
International Distributors for all other countries.
Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground to the lower Provinces.
Some regions can only be reached by UPS Air Freight. We do not ship through the U.S. Post Office, at this time. We only use United Parcel Service for deliveries.
International Orders are shipped by UPS Air Freight to any above mentioned countries/regions. Freight on your International Orders (except UPS Ground to Canada) will cost you 100-120% of your subtotal. This is an estimated amount. Your actual freight may be higher depending on the weight of your goods, volume size of your packages, or for smaller orders. We can not quote your actual freight until your order is packed and ready for shipment.
UPS will also add a $40 Custom Clearance fee at your border. Customer is responsible for any additional Customs or Duty fees required by your government for importation into your country.
For orders greater than $3000, we will be happy to refer you to a competent freight forwarder,
or you may use your own freight service.
Matchless Gifts, Inc. will provide you with an invoice showing
Country of Origin for all your merchandise ordered.
Ground Service: We ship your orders by UPS Ground anywhere in the 48 Continguous United States or lower Provinces of Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses.
Air Service: We can also ship by UPS Air (Ground Service) to Hawaii and Alaska via US Post Office. . UPS Charges an additional $40 Customs fee, on top of your freight charges for shipments to Canada.
You may be able to save on International freight charges by using your own freight forwarder. A freight forwarder will pick up your order at our business location, by truck, and then combine your order with other orders, and ship to you by sea freight or air freight. We would be happy to refer you to a local freight forwarder. Generally your orders need to exceed $3000 to make freight forwarding a lower cost alternative to UPS.
Your shipping charges are determined by the actual weight and dimensions of your total shipment. We are unable to supply freight charges when you place your order. We charge exact UPS freight. We will bill you for freight after packing your order.
