• If you are a regular or returning Matchless Gifts customer, we will honor your established terms.
• For new customers, your terms are payment by credit card
• No credit card info is stored at this site.  We will charge your credit card, on file, at Matchless Gifts, from your last order, unless you instruct us otherwise.
• If you're a new customer, we will call you, after you place your first order, for your credit card info.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
• You will only be billed for items that are in stock, when we ship your order.
• All products, shown at your Matchless Gifts website, may not be in stock, at all times.
• We will cancel backorders, unless you provide other instructions, when you check out.
• We will charge you exact UPS Freight Rates; however we are unable to quote your freight cost at this time of your placing your order.  Freight will be added, when we ship your order.
• When your order is complete, we will email you a copy of your invoice, the day after your order ships. An additional copy will be included with your shipment, on top of Case #1.
• The day your order ships, we will update your Account Info to let you know your order shipped, along with your UPS Tracking #, so you may check when your package will arrive.
• Your Tracking # will also appear on the front of your Invoice under “Ship Via” section.

• Shopping with Matchlesswholesale.com is easy. You must first be a Registered Customer, and Login in order to view prices and place your orders.
  • Step 1: Browse and select your products using the categories or search options
    • Try your new Quick Order Page  if you would like to order many products at once, in bulk, or if you’ve ordered with Matchless Gifts before, and don’t need as much information about your products.
  • Step 2: Use the Add Item to Cart button to place products in your shopping cart.
    • Wait for confirmation from the system when you place items into your shopping cart, before adding more items.
  • Step 3: View the Shopping Cart to see your purchases and to checkout
  • Step 4: Use the CHECKOUT option in the Shopping Cart to process your order.
  • Step 5: All items you have ordered may not be in stock at this time. You will be billed later, after we have packed your order, determined what is in stock, and what your actual freight charges will be. At that time we will bill you according to the Terms you have established with us. You will be asked to select your preference for Backorders, when checking out.
• Your Minimum Order is only $50 before shipping is added.
• Estimated Freight Chart. Your Freight rates below are estimated. Many factors go into determining your shipping costs including:
  • Weight of your merchandise
  • Size of your package(s)
  • Need for multiple packages
  • If you are located in a rural area, your freight will be higher than if you are in a major city.
  • Zone we are shipping to. The closer you are to us, the lower your freight costs.
  • Delivery addresses that UPS classifies as "Residential"
  • UPS charges a Fuel Surcharge that varies based on current fuel costs.
  • Heavier items will have higher shipping costs, such as cast iron, stone, or wood. Incense items will be lighter, with lower freight costs.
  • Orders under $200 and small packages tend to have much higher freight costs.

Your freight rates below are estimated. We charge exact freight. Your actual freight costs may be higher or lower than quoted below (see notes above for a greater explanation). UPS charges a lower percentage cost per pound on heavier packages than on lighter ones. It costs them the same amount in labor costs to deliver you a small package, as it does a larger package. Your freight costs may be higher on smaller shipments.

Important Notice Regarding International Orders (outside USA)

• Matchless Gifts, Inc. will ship your International wholesale orders if your business is located in:
  • Canada
    • Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground to the lower Provinces.
    • Some regions can only be reached by UPS Air Freight. We do not ship through the U.S. Post Office, at this time. We only use United Parcel Service for deliveries.
    • UPS will also add a $40 Custom Clearance fee at your border. Customer is responsible for any additional Customs or Duty fees required by your government for importation into your country.
    • You are responsible for delivery as well as return freight for all refused or undeliverable shipments.
    • You are responsible for freight forwarding charges due to incorrect delivery information, such as address or Postal Code
